Practitioner story (from ueber-mich)

Born healthy, but sudden structural changes in his youth brought cramps and imbalances; sport and work

led to "restless legs" that challenged him physically and mentally. In his thirties he began looking for

a solution and, through curiosity about fascial tissue, found Structural Integration. After a longer

break and a trip through Asia he recognised the role of bodywork in his own wellbeing; shaped by

experience with yoga, martial arts, meditation and various massage techniques, he retrained to

accompany people physically and psychologically.
