intro

overline: Welcome

My name is Ralf Eggenberger.

I am an EMR-recognised complementary therapist working with Structural Integration — a method of complementary therapy built on a holistic approach to supporting a lasting recovery process.

Through touch, movement, breath and energy work we strengthen your physical and psychological self-regulation. My work is to support your body awareness and your own capacity to recover — so that you keep making progress in everyday life, without me.

What Structural Integration does

Structural Integration, also known as Rolfing®, is holistic bodywork. Using targeted manual techniques I work with the connective tissue — the fascia — to release tension and restore the body's natural balance.

We look at how your body interacts with gravity and its surroundings. A well-aligned structure does not experience gravity as a burden but uses it: movement becomes more efficient and takes less effort.

Who comes to see me

People of any age who want to improve their posture, reduce pain and feel better in their body — with muscular tension, restricted movement, chronic pain or general stress.

And athletes looking to optimise performance or prevent injury.

The treatment is built as a series of 10 sessions

Each session builds on the one before and asks its own question of your body. Together they allow a thorough realignment — not a massage that has faded in two days.
