Cautions
Data conflicts — must be resolved before the copy deck is final
1. Oerlikon opening hours — the old website is the outlier (largely resolved)
| Source | Oerlikon hours |
|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | Thu 08:00–18:30, Sat 07:30–17:30 |
| search.ch / local.ch (localsearch) | Thu 08:00–18:30, Sat 07:30–17:30 — identical |
| EMR register profile | Thursday appointments mentioned |
| ralfing.ch /neuheiten | Dienstag & Donnerstag, 08:00–18:30 (no Saturday) ← outlier |
Checked 2026-08-14. Three independent directories agree on Thursday + Saturday; only his own
website says Tuesday. The site is almost certainly stale — Ralf changed his days and updated the
directories but not the news post. The new site is built with Thu + Sat. Still worth one
confirmation from him (TODO T1), but this is no longer blocking.
Baden is consistent everywhere (Fri 07:30–18:00).
2. "Oderlin" — wrong name, wrong place, and misspelled
- The site's
/neuheitensays the Zürich studio is "im Oderlin in Zürich-Oerlikon". - The Oederlin Areal is in Rieden bei Baden — it is the *Baden* studio's location,
and the site's own footer correctly places "Oderlin Areal" there.
- Correct spelling is Oederlin (after the Ferrum/Oederlin works), not "Oderlin" — misspelled
in both the footer and the news post.
→ Confirm with the client what the Oerlikon building is actually called before writing copy.
3. Pricing is incomplete
Published: "60 min Strukturelle Integration: 138 Fr". But the site also states the first session lasts
~90 min and later sessions 75 min — neither price is given. A visitor cannot work out what a
first appointment costs. Needs the client's actual price list.
4a. The Datenschutzerklärung page is EMPTY ⚠️ compliance gap
https://ralfing.ch/datenschutz renders zero characters of body content — the page exists, is
linked from every footer, and carries a meta description promising privacy information, but the
content area is blank. Meanwhile the site runs **Google Tag Manager (GTM-KQVVKPP6), Google
Analytics, and a cookie-consent layer**, and embeds YouTube and a OneDoc booking widget.
Under the revised Swiss nDSG (in force since Sept 2023) a site processing personal data this way
needs an actual privacy notice. This is the most serious defect found and should be fixed at go-live
regardless of what else happens with the rebuild.
4. Impressum is legally thin (CH)
Lists owner, "Einzelfirma", address, phone, email. Missing: UID/CHE number (if registered),
and no VAT statement. Confirm whether the Einzelfirma is entered in the commercial register.
5. EMR/ZSR number not published
He is EMR-recognised (since 01/2024), but no EMR/ZSR number appears on the site. Clients need it for
insurance reimbursement — publishing it removes friction and is a strong trust signal.
Content gaps in the existing site
/angebot-und-referenzenpromises Referenzen but shows none — 8 five-star Google reviews exist
and are invisible to visitors.
/termin-vereinbarenrenders as an empty page apart from the heading; the OneDoc booking widget
is loaded but did not render in extraction (likely blocked by the cookie consent layer). Verify the
booking flow actually works for a first-time visitor who has not accepted cookies.
- Only one journal post exists ("Hallo Zusammen"), plus a location announcement.
Accessibility — the existing site fails WCAG on its main content
Body text is set in a very light grey on an off-white background (--darkgrey: rgb(27,27,29) is defined,
but the rendered paragraphs are far lighter) at font-weight 300. On both the 1440px and 375px captures
the welcome text is barely legible. Headings (Crimson Text, 3.8px letter-spacing) are similarly washed
out. Contrast must be fixed in the rebuild — this is the single most visible defect.
Assets — what the new site actually uses (updated 2026-08-14)
Eleven photographs are now in site/src/assets/: the three Google Places uploads (his own, 1600×1068)
plus eight taken from his existing website. All are his own material, but **rights are still formally
unverified** and several show recognisable clients — see the release question below (TODO T5).
The three 600×600 gallery images are used only as square tiles; full-resolution originals do not exist
on the server (every non-_thumb variant 404s), so if any of those are ever wanted at width, the
originals have to come from Ralf.
Assets — rights and resolution
- 11 images/logos downloaded from https://ralfing.ch/ into
content/assets/extracted/.
Rights unverified — confirm with the client which are his to reuse.
- Most gallery images are Joomla
_thumb.webpderivatives (17–27 KB) — **too low-resolution for a
hero or full-width use**. Ask for the originals.
- Logo:
logo-candidate-02.svg(ralfing-logo.svg) plus a white variant is the real mark and is clean
SVG — usable directly.
- The 3 Google Places photos are attributed to "Ralfing.ch" (his own uploads), 4800×3204 — good source
material, but confirm he holds the rights and get the originals rather than Google-hosted URLs.
- The client photo in the hero shows a recognisable client's face. Confirm a model release exists
before reusing it on the new site.
Claims discipline (regulated-adjacent category)
Complementary therapy in CH — the site may describe the method, the conditions people come with, and
reported effects, but must not promise cure or medical outcomes. Two Google reviews contain strong
outcome claims ("after 25 years… significantly reduce my pain"); quote them as client voices only,
never restated as site promises. Keep "Rolfing®" marked as a registered trademark where used.
Duplicate-listing risk (Google)
The second Maps URL supplied by the operator resolves through /g/11w583jdn3 and references
/g/11xfbvq021 (the Oerlikon entity), and was labelled "Ralfing.ch" in that share link while the API
now returns the full name for both. Two separate profiles for two real studios is correct and fine —
but verify in Google Business Profile that there is no *third*, stale duplicate, and that each profile
carries its own correct hours.
