Before your first appointment

• The first treatment takes about 90 minutes including the intake conversation.
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
• If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Check with your health insurer what your supplementary insurance covers — I am EMR-recognised.
