Before your first appointment
- The first treatment takes about 90 minutes including the intake conversation.
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
- If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Check with your health insurer what your supplementary insurance covers — I am EMR-recognised.
