Every treatment starts with a conversation.

A life full of movement and a continual search for balance have shaped my path. I had the privilege of being born with a healthy body — but sudden structural changes in my youth brought strong cramps and physical imbalances. Sport and work added restless legs, which challenged me both physically and emotionally, again and again.

Only in my thirties did I start looking seriously for a solution. Through my curiosity about fascial tissue I eventually discovered Structural Integration. The sessions brought not only a noticeable improvement in how I felt, but functional progress too.

What convinced me was realising that it is possible to keep working on the body's structures to bring body, mind and spirit into accord. From that grew the wish to go deeper into this method.

After a longer break and a journey through Asia, the importance of bodywork for my own wellbeing became unmistakable. Shaped by my experience with yoga, martial arts, meditation and various massage techniques, I decided to retrain — to accompany people physically and psychologically in every situation of life.
